Last updated: 9 May 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PawDash (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PawDash is software-as-a-service for managing a dog walking, daycare, and boarding business. Features include scheduling, route planning, customer portal, and reporting.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must be 18 or over to register.
  • One account per business. You may add staff users at no extra charge.
  • You agree the data you enter is accurate and that you have the right to enter it, including data about your customers (pet owners).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Pricing, billing, and cancellation

  • The Service costs GBP 29 per business per month after a 14-day free trial.
  • Billing is by Direct Debit via GoCardless. You authorise the mandate at the end of the trial. We never see or store your bank details.
  • You may cancel at any time from inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
  • Price increases for existing customers require at least 12 months' notice. Direct Debit amount changes are notified 10 working days in advance per Bacs rules.
  • No refunds for partial months.

5. Your data

You own your data. We process it on your behalf as set out in the Data Processing Agreement. You can export your data at any time. After cancellation we keep it for 30 days so you can export, then delete it.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime, measured monthly. We perform maintenance with at least 48 hours' notice where possible. We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, with reasonable notice unless the breach is severe (e.g. fraud, security violation). On termination we delete your data after 30 days unless required to retain it by law.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will email you with material changes. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated Terms.
