Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out rules for using PawDash. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other tenants' data, the underlying database, or our infrastructure.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission.
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Resell, sublicense, or repackage the Service without a written reseller agreement.
  • Scrape or systematically extract data from the Service.
  • Interfere with the Service's normal operation, including denial-of-service activity or excessive automated requests.
  • Impersonate another person or business.
  • Upload personal data of someone who has not consented to that data being held in a third-party SaaS, unless you have a lawful basis to do so.

Customer data uploaded to PawDash

You confirm that any pet owner data you enter (names, addresses, phone numbers, veterinary records, etc.) is data you are entitled to process and store, and that you have informed those data subjects of how their data will be used per UK GDPR Article 13.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this AUP. We will normally give reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach, except in cases of severe or ongoing harm.
